About Elion Landscaping and Tree Service

Ulicer David Villatoro is the founder and owner of Elion Landscaping & Tree Service. It has always been Ulicer’s passion to start and own his own business ever since he was 20 years old. This is one of the reasons that led him to pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. During COVID-19, Ulicer decided to follow that entrepreneurial passion when he was invited by his brother Jose to help him grow his landscape business in Frisco, Texas. Jose is an expert in landscaping and tree service with over 30 years of experience and previously owning a large company in California, he taught Ulicer the basics of the business. Seeking a new opportunity and a better place to set down roots for his young family, Ulicer decided to move to Oklahoma where he purchased his first home with the plan to feed his entrepreneurial spirit. One day looking out the window as a tree service crew was working on a neighbor’s tree, he noticed the lack of quality and care spent in upkeeping their property, and thought to himself that his friends, family, and newfound neighbors deserved better. Elion Landscaping and Tree Service was born with a focus on providing quality work, great customer service, and punctuality.
